保税物流服务
2007年3月，北京海关对于我公司关于建立公共保税仓库的申请作了《北京海关关于批准成立北京天诚运通国际物流有限公司天诚亦庄公共保税仓库的批复》（京关加函【2007】31号）。根据批复，我公司获准在北京经济技术开发区东区科创二街9号新城工业园建立天诚亦庄保税仓库，仓库面积为2080平方米。
1. 业务范围
--同时具备公共保税仓库及寄售维修仓库的功能。
--设施完备，操作规范。团队优秀，具有多年的半导体物流的实际操作经验。
--24小时服务，对于寄售维修零件可以先出货，后报关，满足企业对于维修急件的紧急需求。
--服务方式：租赁、货物储存、供应商存货管理等。
2. 运输及货运代理
--对于北京机场空运进口的货物可以实现预报关（俗称空中报关）在货物落地前完成所有的通关手续。
--天津、上海都设有分公司和办事处，可以办理当地口岸的海运和空运的报关，报检等通关手续。
--海关监管运输，各个保税区间的转运和普通货物运输。

保税仓库基本情况介绍
第一部分 硬件设施
1.保税仓库建筑构造
位于北京经济技术开发区东区科创二街9号新城工业园的北京天诚运通国际物流有限公司天诚亦庄保税仓库，其总体构造为主体单层附楼3层的建筑。
2.监控防盗设施
保税库内各要点都安装了录像监控设施，进出仓库的门加装了门禁系统及红外线报警系统，所有的窗户安装了防护网。基本杜绝了被盗的可能性，安全级别极高。
3.通讯设备
保税仓库办公室内均以开通电话线路且线路充足。
4.电脑网络及安全
保税仓库内各台电脑可在局域网内使用。互联网均已开通。
5.消防安全
保税仓库严格遵守《中华人民共和国消防法》，库区，办公室安装了火灾自动报警系统；自动灭火系统；并按规范配备了灭火器。同时，我公司对在保税仓库内的工作人员进行了消防安全培训。
6.运输工具
目前保税库内配备电瓶式叉车一台，手动液压式叉车一台，基本能满足日常的进出库的搬运需求。
第二部分 软件设施
1.天诚亦庄保税仓库库典
天诚亦庄保税仓库库典（以下简称库典）是我公司结合已有的位于北京、上海、天津等数十家保税仓库的管理经验及仓库的实际需求应用的仓库管理软件。该软件具有入库、出库、库存、退运月报等数据统计，使仓库内部管理更加细化，准确。
2.保税仓库管理细则
根据我公司多年从事保税业务的管理经验，我们制定了详细的保税仓库管理细则，该细则分业务管理、行政管理、财务管理。
3.监管平台管理系统（H2000）
为保证海关H2000系统网络和相关数据的安全，我们对H2000系统实施“一点接入”原则，并且保税库内终端专机安装杀毒软件定期升级，以便降低海关监管平台保税仓库管理系统与其他应用程序发生冲突的可能及维护工作量。
4.财务软件系统
保税库财务系统内容包括: 凭证科目,帐务管理,财务报表,台帐管理,系统管理,结算单等。保税库内的每一个用户使用独立的财务系统。
5.物业管理
新城工业园已委托亦庄物业管理中心全面负责园区内的物业管理。
6.安全保卫管理
除物业聘用的保安负责库区外围安全外，库区内部安装了监控系统、门禁系统、红外线报警系统、火灾自动报警系统、火灾自动灭火系统等各种技术防范手段，同时指定专人负责整个仓库的安全保卫工作，制定了详细的安全保卫责任制，将安全工作落实到仓库的每个人身上。

In March 2007, Beijing customs made “Beijing customs’ reply to approval of establishment of Tianchengyizhuang public bonded warehouse of Beijing STE International Logistics Co., Ltd” on our company’ application for establishing public bonded warehouse(Jingguanjiahan 【2007】 No. 31). According to the reply, our company was approved to establish Tianchengyizhuang bonded warehouse of 2080 square meters at No. 9 Xincheng industrial park, Kechuang Street No. 2, East Beijing Economic and Technical Development Zone.

Part I Hardware facilities
1.Building construction of bonded warehouse
Overall structure of Tianchengyizhuang public bonded warehouse of Beijing STE International Logistics Co., Ltd, located at No. 9 Xincheng industrial park, Kechuang Street No. 2, East Beijing Economic and Technical Development Zone, is the building of floor 3 of single-layer attached building of main body.
2.Monitoring and anti-burglary facilities
All key points of bonded warehouse are installed video monitoring facilities. Doors of entering and going out of warehouse are installed access system and infrared alarm system. All windows are installed guard net, which basically puts an end to burglar and has extremely high safety class.
3.Communication equipment
Offices of bonded warehouse all have opened telephone circuit and have adequate circuit.
4.Computer network and safety
All computers in bonded warehouse can be used in local area network. Internet all has been opened.
5.Fire-fighting safety
Bonded warehouse strictly complies with “Fire Control Law of the People's Republic of China”. Warehouse area and offices are installed automatic fire alarm system and automatic fire extinguishing system and are equipped with fire extinguisher according to specification. At the same time, our company carried out fire-fighting safety training on the working personnel in bonded warehouse.
6.Means of transport
Presently, bonded warehouse is equipped with one electric fork truck and one manual hydraulic fork truck, which basically can meet routine transport demand for entering and going out of warehouse.

1.Standard of Tianchengyizhuang bonded warehouse
Standard of Tianchengyizhuang bonded warehouse is storehouse management software applied by our company in combination with management experience of tens of bonded warehouses in Beijing, Shanghai and Tianjin, etc and actual demand of warehouse. This software has data statistics such as stock in, stock out, stock and monthly report of back transport, etc, which makes inner management of warehouse more specific and accurate.
2.Rules of management of bonded warehouse
According to management experience that our company has engaged in bonded business for many years, we have formulated detailed rules of management of bonded warehouse, which are divided into business, administrative and financial management.
3.Management system of supervision platform (H2000)
To ensure safety of customs H2000 system network and relevant data, we carry out “one-point access” principle on H2000 system. Special machine at terminal of bonded warehouse is installed antivirus software with regular upgrading to reduce the possibility that management system of bonded warehouse of customs control platform conflicts with other application program and to maintain amount of work.
4.Financial software system
The contents of financial system of bonded warehouse include receipt subject, account management, financial statement, machine account management, system management and account-closing list, etc. Every user of bonded warehouse uses independent financial system.
5.Property management
Xincheng industrial park has entrusted Yizhuang property management center to assume full responsibility for property management in the park.
6.Safety and security management
Besides that security personnel employed by the property take responsibility for safety of the periphery of warehouse area, all kinds of technical protection mean such as monitoring system, access system, infrared alarm system, automatic fire alarm system and automatic fire extinguishing system, etc are installed in warehouse area. At the same time, special personnel are appointed to be responsible for safety and security work of overall warehouse; detailed responsibility system of safety and security is formulated to fulfill safety work on everyone of warehouse.
